Refund and Exchange Policy

Unfortunately we don’t accept refund. The best we can do is to giving you an Exchange Service (same product, different size). We also accept Free Adjustment Service.

Exchange Policy: Item must be returned in maximum 7 days after product is delivered to customer in brand new condition, clean, unworn, with all tags and original box in place. Exchange can be applied for the same price and variant, referring to original order, and while stock lasts.

Free Adjustment Service: You can call or text our customer service (0812 9177 3255) to confirm your order and adjustments. Then you can send out the product to our workshop:
