How do I buy something?

Simply go to ‘Product’ tab on our website and pick your desired items and tick the ‘Add to Chart’ button. When you’re done shopping, click ‘Check Out’ that leads you to the payment menu. After you fill all the payment and shipping details, you can finish the payment and make a payment confirmation also on our website. Your items will be shipped directly.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

Yes, we suggest you to sign up to our website to make it easier for us to process your order.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Currently we accept payment via Mastercard, VISA, Bank transfer (BCA, Permata Bank, Mandiri), Go-PAY. We use the Midtrans service for payment getaway in Indonesia. Security guaranteed.

What's your shipping policy?

We accept free shipping all over Indonesia for orders above IDR 300,000. The regular free shipping takes up to 2-3 days to arrive at your address.

IMPORTANT: For shipping via GO-SEND or JNE YES, please note down your request upon the ‘NOTES‘ section at checkout.

For GO-SEND service you will be charged with GO-SEND fare based on the distance.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we do ship to Singapore and Australia! For international shipping we have different shipping cost. Kindly confirm your order via email so that we can calculate the shipping cost.

 

Why do colors and patterns slightly appear different from the photo?

Please note that color difference may occur due to natural coloring. Also, please note that pattern variations may occur due to handmade process.

We work with different human beings who use traditional and handmade process to finish our fabrics (Tenun, Batik and Tapis Lampung). Thus, the fabric’s color can turn out a little bit different from one another. Quoting from one of craftsmen, “That doesn’t mean it’s imperfect, it means each kain is unique.”
