For some reason, people tend to encounter Monday with rough and tough phase due to the working routines and all. In contrast with Ellyse Sinsilia, who always starts her Monday’s routine with activities that she enjoys so much.


OE     : What routines that Sese usually do to get through Monday?

S         : I usually woke up around 6.30 – 7.00 pm, but before starting all of my routines, I cuddle first before getting out of bed. Then, I check my schedule on a calendar to make sure that I don’t miss anything for today. While preparing for my next routine, I turn on my go-to music, which is Jazz or good ol’ Frank Sinatra to boost up my mood. After that, it’s time for me to get ready. And last but not least is preparing breakfast for my husband, and we chose healthy food because it has been part of our daily comfort food. Especially in my trimester, I eat fruit, green bean porridge, coconut water, or whole wheat bread with organic almond spread almost every day.

It is true to always start your day with what you love and what you like, chiefly when you can give a positive impact on your surrounding as well because unconsciously it can lift up your mood.
