Returns & Exchanges Policy

We humbly apply no return and no refund policy

Shall there be any defect found because of the production process on OE side, we will send the replacement for the same item, without additional cost on customer’s side

For the defect item that has been replaced, we humbly ask for your support to return to us, by shipping or directly to our self-managed offline store

Regarding size exchange, we shall proceed after we receive the item that want to be exchanged. The exchange can be executed at our self-managed offline store or by shipping

Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that OE used to send the goods within 7 days. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges.

Important Information

  • Purchases items are exchangeable into a different size
  • All exchanges are subject to availability
  • All exchanges are sent to you without shipping cost
  • Please make sure all products are exactly as you received them with tag still attached
  • Product exchanges only applied to products with manufactory defect
